Dr. Alaidroos completed her undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Texas at Austin, earned her MD from Texas A&M College of Medicine, and trained in adult psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente Southern California. Post-residency, she joined Amen Clinics, receiving advanced training in functional neuroimaging (SPECT scans), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), and integrative/naturopathic medicine, with a focus on nutritional, lifestyle and hormonal contributors to mental health.
Her clinical expertise includes ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, neuropsychiatric conditions (including dementia), and women’s hormonal and menopausal mood changes.

Hobbies outside of medicine include embroidery, electronic music, gardening and traveling the world.
